There are many systems that make up who you are.  By understanding key concepts that create your physical balance in space, you can ward off musculoskeletal stress that can ultimately cause short term or long term damage to your outer and inner self.

Do you know about the six directions of your spine, hips and shoulders and how they work to relax, wake up or, inversely, possibly damage your body and mindset?  Knowledge about your physical body, based on scientific data, will far better serve you than accidentally causing your own physical trauma because you didn’t know any better.
