My mission is to shift the paradigm viewpoints of physical and emotional stress by providing tangible strategies grounded in neuroscience, yoga wisdom and TQM (total quality management)
The Vision
Karen’s Yoga aims to redefine the journey of self-acceptance by embracing the chaos and calm brought on by both internal and external pressures. By disempowering paradigms that create damaging self belief systems, we will lead a movement that champions self acceptance during times of perceived chaos. This will be done through the integration of scientific knowledge, field expert inputs along with the wisdom of ancient yoga teachings. Karen’s Yoga will promote a holistic approach to health that supports mental, physical, and emotional variations that are normal and expected in one’s life. By encouraging all to embrace their light and darkness, Karen’s Yoga envisions a world where everyone feels at home in themselves.
