Balanced Body

There are many systems that make up who you are. You are a container, so to speak. Within your container there exists these systems – Nervous, Circulatory, Musculoskeletal, Endocrine, Immune, Digestive, Excretory….you get the idea! Imagine a stack of blocks and then take one block and move it off the center of the stack slightly. What happens to the rest? They become stressed. When one system is out of balance, it will affect the others. Now, think about all you do during your typical day. Do you sit a lot? Do you cross your legs? Do you slouch forward to look at your computer? Do you text a lot? All of these actions become ‘patterns of your body’ over time. To balance your body, you must look at your patterns and find the areas that need to be balanced out.
